how do we work ?
Every search mission starts with an in-depth discovery of your company, of the employees involved in the recruitment, but also an analysis of your environment, your sector of activity, your competitors. This study is preferably carried out on site, by meeting the key people in your organisation and visiting the offices or workshops, or by a detailed interview with the line manager and/or the CEO or HR Director.
This analysis of the position and its context leads to the creation of a Job Description which you validate. This very detailed document of around ten pages removes any ambiguity about the context, the future employee’s tasks and the recruitment criteria.
Only when this definition of the need is clearly established do we start the mission according to the following methodology:
With your agreement, the consultant who conducted the recruitment follows the integration of the future employee during the guarantee period.
All our recruitments by direct or combined approach benefit from a guarantee of variable duration depending on the level of the position. If the candidate is not confirmed at the end of the guarantee period, we re-launch a search without charging any fees.
